The training uses peer-to-peer learning where each person takes a turn simulating the role of an active lifesaver, a coach, and an observer. By performing each role, students have the opportunity to actively learn and provide feedback to their peers. The course also includes realistic live-action videos that show real-life scenarios to help improve skill mastery and retention.
